Tailored training: terms and conditions

 
The following are the full contractual terms between Aflame Limited (‘Aflame’) and any individual or organisation to which Aflame provides training courses (‘the Client’).
 
  1. Aflame will deliver the course/s as described in the proposal and/or invoice to a reasonable quality.  In the event that circumstances beyond the control of Aflame prevent use of the agreed trainer/s or delivery on the agreed date/s Aflame will provide alternative trainer/s of equivalent quality on dates agreed with the Client.
  2. The Client may cancel or postpone the course and receive a full credit provided that cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the course date.  Where the Client cancels or postpones the course less than 30 days but more than 10 days prior to the course date then 50% of the total course fee shall be payable. Where courses are cancelled or postponed 10 days or less before the course date then the full course fee will be payable.
  3.  Aflame will invoice half of the agreed fee in advance of each course and the other half on delivery.  The Client will settle the first invoice no later than 10 working days before the course and the second no later than 10 working days after the course. Aflame reserves the right to cancel any course and future courses with the Client without compensation if payment is not made by the due date.
  4. Aflame will invoice the Client for reasonable travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses incurred in delivering the event.  The Client will settle any such invoice within 30 days of receipt.
  5. Aflame shall not be liable to repay any costs or expenses of the Client in the event of a cancellation or postponement of a course.
  6. Aflame will provide a master copy of notes to the Client for each course.  Copyright of the course notes will remain the property of Aflame and its Associates and the Client shall only reproduce the notes for the purposes of the course.
  7. The Client will require its course delegates to complete Personal Learning Objective forms and submit them to Aflame at least 10 days prior to the course.
